Transforming a Long-standing Patio into Multi-level Decking
The Jaguar Cars Sports and Social Club provide first-class sports and leisure facilities, hosting a variety of popular events. The client required a substantial redesign of their patio, which had been in place for over 30 years. Their goal was to elevate the outdoor social areas to match a refreshed, modern aesthetic and facilitate year-round usability. The project covered two levels and included ramps to ensure wheelchair accessibility.

Installed by KB Fencing & Decking, the design fused form with function, combining a mix of Stone and Granite tones from the Hyperion Pioneer composite decking range to create a sophisticated, visually engaging layout that can seat up to 120 people. Hidden fixings and double picture-frame and herringbone detailing lend a premium finish. The result is a secure, stylish and resilient outdoor terrace built to last through all seasons.
