Designing a Gazebo to Tie Patio & Garden Together
The client wanted a garden feature that would connect their patio seamlessly with the rest of the outdoor space, while avoiding the ongoing maintenance required by timber. They opted for a gazebo frame made from composite fencing materials to achieve a refined visual focal point and lasting performance.

Composite Fencing Materials for Structure & Surface
The project used Granite fence posts to establish the gazebo’s structural frame. For the roof and façade-like sides, Stone fencing slats were chosen for their low water absorption and resistance to warping, rot and splintering, ideal for an outdoor covered structure. A backboard was constructed from fascia boards in the Stone colour, trimmed to form slim pergola-style slats for visual detail.
