Elevating a 5-Storey Luxury Residential Project
The redevelopment of the 5-storey site at Bomore Road in Kensington involved converting outdated wooden balcony flooring into a premium, compliant outdoor surface. With 32 residential units, the external terraces needed materials that matched the architecture’s refined look and met modern fire-safety standards.
Outdoor Porcelain Paving & Non-Combustible Pedestals
The project covered 223 m² of outdoor space, including rooftop terrace, courtyard and patio areas. Fire-rated to Class A1/A2, featuring stain, scratch and fade resistance. Installation used a complete non-combustible substructure including adjustable metal pedestals.
