Fire-Safe Paving for High-Rise Communal Terraces
The Park Heights development, a 20-storey residential block with numerous balconies, sky garden and large private terraces, required external flooring materials that comply with stringent fire safety legislation. The project demanded a non-combustible solution to ensure both usability and safety for residents.

Porcelain Paving and Pedestal System for Durability and Design
Specified to meet Class A1 and A2 to EN13501-1 fire legislation standards, using porcelain paving and adjustable steel pedestals. This design was winner of the RIBA London Regional Award in 2017; a scheme that celebrates the best architecture in the UK and around the world. The build also received an award for its design at the National Housing Awards in 2016.

"Park Heights is a prime project at the forefront of Network Homes’ transformation of the Stockwell Park Estate. Comprising of 159 high-quality apartments with large private balconies, a sky garden and communal terraces across its 20 storeys."
