Shore Building Beachside Decking
One of EnviroBuild’s commercial clients had a large project requiring non-rot decking for the residential balconies in a purpose built sea front apartment block. A contemporary living, modern look was required for this project, so White Ash was the obvious choice for the high end apartments.

The Solution
The project used 2000 m² of White Ash decking from the Pioneer range, installed on a treated timber sub-frame. The balconies were finished with a sleek glass balustrade to become the ultimate sea front balconies. Low maintenance was a key requirement for the location of these properties as the salty air can be damaging, requiring a lot of maintenance. So using the non-rot composite Hyperion Decking our clients were safe in the knowledge the decking would look great for years to come.

Customer Feedback
The client found the Hyperion Composite Decking easy to work with and were thrilled with the finish of their project. They have since used Hyperion decking on a number of additional buildings.
