Our composite decking samples are free. Non-combustible decking samples cost £5 per pack. Commercial customers can request non-combustible samples free of charge by contacting our commercial team
Samples are sent by Royal Mail and usually arrive within 1–5 working days. If yours haven't arrived after 5 working days, call us on 020 8088 4888
Each pack contains a sample of every colour available in your chosen range, plus our decking brochure. This lets you compare the full range side by side before you choose.
Yes. Samples are cut from the same boards we sell, so the colour, texture and finish match what you'll receive. Composite decking is made in batches, though, so there can be slight colour variation between production runs.
Some composite boards, particularly uncapped ranges, also lighten slightly in the first few weeks outdoors as they settle into their final colour. Leaving your sample outside for a while gives you a better idea of how the finished deck will look over time.
Samples are cut from full decking boards, so you see the real profile, texture and grain:
Explorer Samples: 145 × 60 mm each
Frontier Samples: 143 × 60 mm each
If you'd like a larger sample of a single colour, contact us and we can send one on request.
Take it outside and look at it in natural light, at different times of day if you can. Hold it next to the things that will sit around your deck, such as cladding, fencing, planters and paving, to see how the colours work together.
