Contemporary Architecture, Natural Aesthetic
Set in the Belvoir Valley, the client wanted a contemporary architectural piece that integrates with its landscape while maintaining a natural yet modern aesthetic. Sustainability was central: the external cladding needed to be recycled, robust, maintenance-free and aligned with the site’s sensitive wildlife context.

The Solution - Stone Pioneer Cladding
To amplify light and views across a two-storey form with large windows and balconies, the team specified Stone Pioneer cladding, installed with matching edging, fascia and fasteners for a cohesive finish. Clean lines and sophisticated lighting elevate the façade; the project later won 2019 RIBA House of the Year, underscoring its design quality.
Call to Action

“We decided to use EnviroBuild on the Belvoir Vue project because we liked the product in aesthetic terms but were also looking for a product that would perform with stability and durability. From the outset, the project was intended to be sustainable and, once again, the product was a perfect choice.”
